Mrs. Rasco, the mother of the Scott Sisters, is interviewed by the POCC Minister of Information JR about the life sentences giving to her daughters for an $11 robbery that they didn't commit. One of the two incarcerated sisters is in a dire medical condition after spending nearly 2 decades in a Mississippi concentration camp.
